1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ppjok platform ("Platform", "Site", "Service") and its users ("you", "member", "user").

Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the ppjok website, mobile version, and all associated digital assets.
• "Member" refers to any person registered and verified on ppjok.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal profile and balance system.
• "Real Money" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) used on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to additional credits awarded through various promotions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount of bets before withdrawing from a bonus.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use ppjok's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old ("for 21+ only").
• You must own a valid and active mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Any person prohibited from using online gaming services under any law or regulation may not use this platform.
• The same person may not operate more than one account.

ppjok reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. If verification fails, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended and any winnings may be cancelled.

3 Account Registration & Verification

When registering with ppjok, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

Registration Process

• Only one account per person is permitted. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in permanent closure of all accounts.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure and not share it with anyone.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, ppjok may request the following:

• A copy of your national ID card or passport.
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership.
• OTP verification via the number or email used during account registration.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

ppjok uses Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services to provide fast and secure transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

ppjok only supports the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• The mobile banking number used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit is made via one method, withdrawal may only be made through that same method (exceptions may apply in special circumstances).

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: within 1 hour.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Real money withdrawals will be held if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

ppjok offers various bonuses and promotions for its members. Each bonus carries specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Large deposit example: ৳12,000 deposited → ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳22,000.
• Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be bet before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be accepted while one is already active.
• Transferring bonus funds to a third party is prohibited.
• If any manipulation or exploitation of the bonus system is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ppjok reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.

VIP Programme

ppjok's VIP program has 5 tiers. Members at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members move up to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Specific terms also apply to VIP cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed when playing games on ppjok:

General Gaming Terms

• Each game has its own rules and pay table, which can be found in the game window.
• If a round is incomplete due to a technical fault, ppjok reserves the right to void or restart that round.
• Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness.
• ppjok is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.

Sports Betting

• The sports betting section offers various types of markets, such as match result, handicap, and over/under.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, ppjok will settle bets according to the applicable rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical reason, ppjok reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Live Casino

• In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• Any bets already placed will remain valid in the event of a disconnection for any reason.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppjok platform and will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Strategic betting with the intent to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse / Bonus Hunting).
• Attempting to transfer balances between multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical fault or bug in the system.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Defrauding or harassing other members.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ppjok may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Security concerns.
• Legal obligations or regulatory requirements.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Steps After Account Closure

Where an account is closed without any violation, the verified real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. To find out the reason for account closure, contact [email protected].

9 Limitation of Liability

ppjok provides its services on an "as-is" basis. ppjok will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Losses in games or transactions caused by the member's internet connection or device-related issues.
• Issues caused by third parties (game providers, payment providers).
• Losses resulting from sharing account passwords or login details with others.
• Service unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical disruptions.
• Odds or game results displayed incorrectly due to unexpected technical errors.

ppjok's maximum liability will in no case exceed the original amount of the member's disputed transaction.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Data Collection & Use

• ppjok collects data solely for the purposes of providing services, identity verification, fraud prevention, and meeting legal obligations.
• Members' data is never sold to any third party.
• Data may be shared with authorities where required by legal obligation.

ppjok uses SSL encryption and modern security protocols on its platform. All financial transactions are completed through secure channels and members' data is stored on protected servers.

11 Responsible Gaming

ppjok believes that gaming is a form of entertainment. We encourage our members to play responsibly.
